A Call to Activation - The Summit Series

The RegenOS Summit Series (October 2025 - January 2026) will bring together builders and stewards of the regenerative movement to weave coherence, align narratives, and lay the foundation for interoperable collaboration. This series will serve as a sandbox environment—a safe space for Regen Movement-aligned innovators to pressure-test stories, tools, and partnerships before engaging wider audiences and funders.

• Ecosystem Mapping: Put flags on the map so we can see each other’s puzzle pieces, talents, and roles.
• Narrative Coherence: Craft a shared storyline that highlights how our diverse projects interlock as parts of a greater whole. The story element continues across all summits, maturing into a funder-ready narrative.
• Technological Coherence: Build interoperability among tools and practices, preparing for real-world use cases.
• Product & Business Coherence: Prototype models for “Venture Families” of products that can venture forth together

Online Live Summit Events

• Punctuating the beginning of each month, October-January, these 4 events are inflection points in our process, when the community gathers to learn, listen, dialogue, play and set intentions.
• Each Summits Event has a theme: Narrative Coherence (October 2, 2025); Technological Coherence (November); Products + Business Coherence (December); Collective Fundraising (January).
• Each summit builds on the previous, building coherence and trust in the community co-creating elements for a shared RegenOS culture and story, as well as a narrative that helps visionary funders understand the power of supporting the RegenOS ecoysstem; action-oriented processes for cooperation and interoperation.
• Highlight on the Venture Family formed from the Czechia Gathering, using it as a holonic model for ecosystemic evolution. </aside>
